Check-in time is 13.00 and Check-out time is 10.00
Minimum booking duration is 2 nights
The full amount is payable at the time of booking to confirm your reservation
Maximum number of guests is 6 including children above 3 years of age. No additional guests will be accommodated
No Pets allowed
No Alcohol allowed on the premises
Smoking not allowed inside the cottage
No Parties allowed
Outsiders and visitors of guests staying at the cottage not allowed
No driver or staff accommodation available
All guests must carry valid photo ID proof
Guests will be liable to pay for any damage caused by them
The main gate will be locked at 11.00pm for security reasons. Guests will not be permitted beyond this time unless prior notice is given

Tariff

Cancellation is free of charge if done 20 days prior to the check-in date
50% of the amount will be retained as cancellation charge if the cancellation is done 15 days prior to the check-in date
100% of the amount will be retained as cancellation charge if the cancellation is done 7 days prior to the check-in date.
We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, including children over 3 years old, at a time. Any additional guests will not be permitted and no refund will be issued.
Full refund will be given in case of Government imposed travel bans, Lockdowns or Natural disasters.
